Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) officials confiscation of a shipment of OVER 500 African Grey Parrots en route to Singapore.  The birds were being kept in revolting conditions, kept in tiny, cramped cages, with no food or water.

These beautiful birds were taken to a rescue and rehabilitation site. The parrots will need to be rehabilitated and then released back into their natural habitat.
